It supports two-way communication and uses your existing iCloud subscription for secure, end-to-end encrypted video storage, ensuring smooth integration within the Apple ecosystem.

It also supports direct streaming to Google Home, Alexa, and SmartThings, giving you the flexibility to connect with the smart home platform of your choice.

To control this HomeKit-enabled device, it is recommended to use the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. HomeKit Secure Video requires a supported iCloud+ plan and a compatible home hub, such as a HomePod mini, HomePod, Apple TV, or iPad.

For optimal performance, ensure your devices are updated to the latest software version.

The G410 video doorbell offers intelligent detection with enhanced security and privacy. Its built-in mmWave radar ensures accurate presence detection while reducing false alerts and maintaining efficient battery performance.

With local AI facial recognition, it can trigger personalized notifications for different users. The device also features tamper protection, where tamper-proof screws activate a siren and start recording if the doorbell is forcibly removed.

In addition, it functions as a powerful smart home hub, bridging Aqara Zigbee devices with the Matter protocol. This allows it to connect Aqara Zigbee devices to Matter while also integrating third-party Matter devices into the Aqara Home ecosystem.

2K Resolution with 95 dB audio speaker

The video doorbell provides wide coverage and high-quality visuals with a 4:3 aspect ratio and an upgraded 175° wide-angle lens. Featuring 2K resolution and an f/1.8 aperture, it delivers sharp and clear images, even in low-light conditions.

It is equipped with a built-in 95 dB speaker, supporting custom ringtones and pre-recorded voice messages for personalized alerts. The device is powered via USB-C, allowing flexible installation options.

The Video Doorbell G4 is recommended for installation in porch areas or shaded locations for optimal performance.

• To achieve full 1536p resolution, the G410 may need to be disconnected from Apple HomeKit

Aqara introduces its Home Guardian cloud storage service for the G410, offering users a 3-month free trial. This allows access to additional storage space and advanced AI features, enhancing the overall doorbell experience.

The Aqara G410 provides triple-layer storage protection for maximum security, including local storage, NAS support, and encrypted cloud storage. It supports microSD cards up to 512GB with 24/7 recording, ensuring all events are captured. With NAS support, users benefit from larger and more stable storage options.

The Home Guardian cloud plan features end-to-end encrypted storage, ensuring that only you and your trusted users can access the recordings. With the combination of local, NAS, and cloud storage, your recordings remain safe and protected at all times.

Battery and Wired 2-in-1

The device can be powered using 6 AA batteries or connected to existing doorbell wiring for continuous power, with battery backup available during power outages. Thanks to advanced radar detection technology, it offers up to 5 months of stable battery life throughout the year.
