• The customer must present the proof of purchase(invoice) or delivery order when making a warranty claim, with the following pre-conditions and not limiting to:
  • Contact Laminate Door Pte Ltd showroom sales representative at +65 8522 0015 / +65 9177 3671 to provide more information and specific problems.
  • Based on the inquiry, our sales team will arrange for the appropriate action to take place.
  • Laminate Door Pte Ltd will arrange for our technical team to visit the customer’s place and inspect the supposed defective product depending on the initial stage of examination with the necessary documents submitted by the customer. The Request for images/videos on the specific problems is necessary to provide the initial examination of the case.
  • Our Showroom Sales team will inform the inspection result and make a necessary action, if the products are eligible for a return, or send new products if the products qualify for a replacement within the warranty period the receipt of the goods subject to the replacement schedule of new or same product from us.

The return policy period will be counted from the time of purchase when the customer receives a product from Laminate Door Pte Ltd.

  • Any product that got at Free Gifts or Special offers cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • The return policy on Laminate Door Pte Ltd only is applied when the products meet the following conditions:
  • The products are unused with full accessories.
  • The products remain seals, labels, tags and are unpacked.
  • Acceptance return period: Within 7 days from the delivery date.
