These terms apply to all users  including visitors, customers, vendors, and anyone engaging with our products or services. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services means you accept those updates.

Door

• Warranty is not applicable for wooden doors installed in toilet areas, due to moisture related risks.
• Warranty will not be valid if the door is damaged by termites. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by pests or improper environmental conditions.
• Once measurements are completed, door design changes are either not permitted or limited to a minimal number of adjustments are allowed.

Gate

• Gate Come With 1 Year Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only) *Gate rusty not cover under warranty
• Laser cut gates and designs are subject to a limited number of revisions once the design is finalized. Additional charges will apply for further design modifications beyond the allowed limit.

Digital Lock

• To ensure warranty coverage, a door closer must be installed in door. If a digital lock is used without a door closer, the warranty will be considered void due to improper usage or installation.
• Improper Installation: Warranty does not cover damage from tampering or installation by non-authorised personnel.
• Use only Alkaline Batteries (Panasonic or Duracell ONLY) for Digital Locks, do not mixold & new batteries.
• Batteries provided in package are for testing purposes, please change within 14 days
• The digital lock warranty will be void under the following conditions:
  (A) If rechargeable or heavy-duty batteries are used.
  (B) If do not bring Emergency Key (for the lock models that come with the Emergency Keys)

Ownership of Goods

• Goods shall remain the property of Laminate Door Pte Ltd and the company has the right to recover goods if the outstanding balance is not been paid by the customer after the installation is completed.

Warranty Registration

• Customers must register their product warranty after purchase to activate coverage.

 Improper Maintenance

• Laminate Door Pte Ltd is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use or lack of proper maintenance.

Cancellation & Schedule Change Policy

• A $100 measurement fee will be charged if an order is cancelled after site measurement has been conducted.
• An $80 administration fee applies if the order is cancelled after confirmation and invoice issuance.
• An $80 rescheduling fee will be applicable for any request to change the agreed installation schedule without a valid reason after it has been confirmed with the customer.

General Terms and conditions

1. All orders are processed based on the approved quotation and the accompanying technical specifications of the products.

• Please note:When wood or other natural materials are used, there may be slight variations in color, grain, or texture between individual units or compared to images shown on our website. These natural differences are not considered defects.

3. Prices for our products and services may change at any time without prior notice. Laminate Door Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, promotion, or website content at any time without notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any price changes, product unavailability, service modifications, or discontinuation.
4. All free items included in a promotional bundle will be installed at no additional cost, provided the entire bundle is purchased as a package.
5. The information on this site is for general use only. While we aim to keep it accurate and updated, we are not responsible for any errors or outdated content. Please verify details with official or primary sources before making decisions. Use of this site’s content is at your own risk.
6. You can’t use multiple promotions, vouchers, or discounts together unless we say so.
7. Our team may take photos of completed work for internal documentation or marketing use. Let us know if you do not wish to allow this.

Free Taxi Fare Rebate

• Customer must spend a minimum of S$1000 or above to enjoy the offer.
• Valid coupon must be presented to our staff before making payment.
• A valid taxi receipt must be present to make a claim.
• A maximum of up to S$30 per trip is redeemable and get double the amount equivalent to a maximum of $60 per claim.
• Laminate Door Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change or cancel any usage of the taxi voucher without prior notice.
